Refund policy

At R&M Misting Wizards LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read this policy carefully to understand how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging
The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery
The item is not listed as non-returnable below

To initiate a return, customers must contact us before sending any items back.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Custom-made or made-to-order products, including:
- Outdoor Kitchens
- Pergolas
- Custom Outdoor Systems
Installed or used misting systems
Essential oils, aroma oils, and liquid products (for hygiene and safety reasons)
Clearance or final sale items
Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse

Return Process

Contact our support team to request a return authorization
Provide:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if item is defective or damaged)
Once approved, return instructions will be provided

⚠️ Do not return items without authorization, as they may be refused.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable
We recommend using a trackable shipping service
R&M Misting Wizards LLC is not responsible for lost return shipments

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is completed

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide clear photos or video evidence of the issue
We will offer:
- A replacement, or
- A refund (at our discretion)

Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or modifications is not covered.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted only for defective or incorrect items
We do not offer exchanges for preference changes (size, model, or features)
Replacement items are shipped once the original item is received or verified

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase
Orders already processed or shipped cannot be cancelled
Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production begins

Drop-Shipped Products

Some products are shipped directly from our suppliers:

Return eligibility is subject to supplier policies
Restocking fees may apply
Delivery timelines may vary

Local Installation Services

Installation service fees are non-refundable
Refunds for installed systems are not available once installation is completed
Any service-related issues will be handled through repair or maintenance support
